I have used AVG 7.5 and it is the best around all spyware removal. You can get its trial version at grisoft site. With the trial version of 1 month, you can evaluate it easily.

AVG sucks, Norton slows down your PC. The best one I can suggest you is Kaspersky security. Microsoft Live One Care is one of the good options too.

Use Microsoft Antispyware program. Its free and best. But 1st thing you do if you want to use it. You have a original XP or Vista copy install on your system.. Because when you want to download this spyware 1st microsoft will verify it that you are using the original copy of XP/Vista or fake ?

Yes I agree with Luky. If you search in google for top 10 spywares of 2007. You read the post of IT professionals and find there that microsoft anti spyware is best and free program for use... But one thing about it. When i try to update, Its create sometime a problem like not fully update and give a error when i update it or maybe its causing because of my net speed.
