 Post subject: Shortcut Keys - How to stop them

I have a problem in that when Windows Explorer is minimised and I hit the n key then the explorer opens. This is very annoying.

The have tried searching the registry and my profile but as yet without success.

Can anyone suggest how this occured and what the solution may be?
