I have built a ecommerce site, every works perfectly except 1 thing, the smarty templates.

I open the page, and it loads perfectly, but sometimes nothing is displayed and i have to refresh twice to view the page.

I have tried the following:

Set the templates_c folder to "777"

turned on and off the cache

If any body has an answer, please let me know

Sounds like smarty not installed properly or you couldn't write directory access. In this case it mostly gives following error.

"Warning: Smarty error: problem creating directory 'C:/inetpub' in C:\inetpub\.... on line 1095"

It doesn't give me any errors this is the problem, and it does load the templates 5 times out of 10. Its just every so often it requires a refresh to work

There are many free big templates. My suggestion is you must undergo searching for that.
