Is this any better, worse, or the same as CCleaner? I've always used CCleaner and had good results, but it takes so long to analyze sometimes that it can be a little tedious.

CCleaner is less intense than Wise Disk Cleaner when it comes to Disk Cleaning.
CCleaner is more for everything rather than just one area.

Go to C:\Windows\ and delete $$NT Uninstall$ folders as these are simply used to uninstall old windows updates. If you have had no problems for a long time there's no need to keep these uninstallers. Sometimes they can add up to 1GB or more. Another tip is go to start, programs, accessories, system tools and run disk cleanup. Scroll Down and select old compressed files and check it.
