I really don't see what is so good about them; apart from the fact that they look cool and aren't prone to viruses like Windows.

Ive tried to give them a chance, both when I was in college; aswell as borrowing a Mac for about 6 months. Both times theyve just infuriated me, it seems like you have to do everything the long way round! e.g. opening a piece of software just to take a screenshot.

Theres also the common situation of Apple sacrificing practicality for 'coolness'. Like the way a lot of Macs require the keyboard to open the CD tray, well what if your keyboard breaks? It might look cool not having an eject button on the computer itself but I'd rather be able to get the CD out without needing a mouse or keyboard.

I basically have the same views towards Itunes and Ipods, I just don't see why they are apparently 'better than everything else' like a lot of people make them out to be.

Does anyone else here agree? Or have I just offended the majority of people on this forum? lol
