Click Start ---> Run ---> type "cmd"
in commant prompt, type--> CONVERT [driveletter]: /FS:NTFS.
Convert.exe will try to convert the partition to NTFS.

It is better to put a backup before you perform this, although there is a minimal rpoblem with this..
Do any one have more options beyond this, do share it here..
