I have installed a bandwidth monitor software in the computer. It gets updated every second. However, the frequent updation shown in the software is not reflected in my bandwidth usage with my ISP. Actually once the software showed that i used 3GB in a period of 3 hours. I was shocked to see that because i never used internet at that time.

Like my problem with Avast antivirus of huge download and upload upon installation, I do had the same kind of problem with Bandwidth monitor, which showed the total download and upload as like yours, but fortunately my ISP service provider website doesn't reflected anything abnormal.

So, I immediately uninstalled Bandwidth monitor and installed Netlimiter. Its working fine. You too can try.
