If your laptop is always plugged into the power socket, you will need to condition the battery every 2 - 3 weeks to maintain its capacity.

To do this, simply unplug the charger and let the battery drain completely, allowing the machine to go to sleep mode before recharging it again.

This advice is not only good with computers but with all electronic devices that uses rechargeable battery especially with cellphones.

Is it a good idea to watch movie in a laptop while charging? My girlfriend always do this with her laptop.
