Can someone tell me the different between a external hard drive and a jump drive. I have both product, a 20gig external hard drive and 4 gig jump drive.

I guess you can explain this better because you have both the external hard drives and the jump drive.

Jump drives are also known as USB Flash Drives. External hard drives on the other hand are hard drives that can be inserted through a USB port.
