Have you ever purchase a product to recover data? If so, whether free or paid which one do you recommend?

I haven't met this sort of condition but i think there are softwares in the market you can have it easily that recover your data easily so search on a good search engine website.

yes..there are software that recover data, i ve tried several programs and all that they retrieve are windows files..im disappointed about it..

Interesting question you ask, I have personally used a few products for retrieving data to name a few, Active Partition / File Recovery although to be honest I found to be a waste of time. The only real product that I found useful was a program called NTFS Data Recovery and they also do a FAT32 version for any OS before XP. This software did actually work quite well at recovering deleted data. Although when retrieving data you always have to be careful that you don't overwrite or move data in the place where your deleted document had been otherwise the information will be overwritten by the software you have moved to its location therefore making recovery impossible.
