Help on my printer!!

I'm using Canon Pixma iP1300 colored printer. Why is it that I get an error every time I print? I tried pulling off the usb cable and put it back again. It worked a couple of times but now, it's not working anymore. I'm having a hard time since I really need to print. I've got a lot papers to print out.

Help please, anyone!!

Is your printer becoming low on ink? if not then the only other thing I would suggest is your windows operating system printer

driver for your Canon Pixma iP1300 needs updating or there is some misconfiguration between your printer and windows.

Have you tried re-installing? silly question really although tends to resolve issues.

hello! nope, my ink cartridges are full.
hmmm.. i have not tried re-installing my printer driver. i'll try it now.

If you do a print test and the lines come out fine, you probably need to try some different color profiles.
My ip3000 tends to be highly sensitive to the type of refill ink when it comes to color output, and magenta always is weak for some reason. The canon easy photo print software can compensate for the bland output to some degree. :wink:

Delete the printer and re-install again. Some printers require USB cable not plugged in while installing printer driver.

The man having problem for using printer ? Would you tell us please about what OS you are using ? What system you have ? Also tell us about what error you'r facing.
