Computer use and your eyes health?

I'm not sure where to post this thread but it is really moving in my mind for many days so I decided to post it here as it is not much more far to the computer topic. Is it true that extra/over work on computer may harm/effect your eyes and/or mental health? If so, how? and relatively how to avoid it? Thanks!

Well, it does. I don't know how! But if you want to avoid that, do not sit in front of the computer for nothing, chatting!

The answer is very easy.
3 ways to protect your eyes.

1 - Use any good black glasses.
2 - Use screensaver to protect your eyes
3 - Low your monitor brightness level

Or don't spend lots of time in computer

Yes too much use can harm your eyes. ummm, I think don't sit quite near to screen, sit far from your computer screen to avoid this problem.

You need to sit straight (as much as you can). Incorrect posture does a lot of harm, not only to your eyes but to your neck and back too. Also, some screen shields reduce the ill effects of long term PC viewing.
