I have just found out my site (which is now offline) has one of these, but I have no idea how to get rid of it other than removing all and start brand new. I might be out of luck but I am hoping someone here might know about this kind of thing.

I know little about it without reading up on it, but can it not be deleted? Or else, can you search Google for a removal utility? There are frequently tools available to deal with these problems when they are computer based (not server based) at least.
